Long-term mutual funds faced $1.37 billion outflows in the week ended June 22, The Wall Street Journal reports. Investment Company Institute reported $4 billion of outflows in equity fund assets, as compared to $7.33 billion outflows in the previous week.
Bond funds received $1.88 billion inflows, as compared to $2.49 billion in the previous week. Taxable funds gained $1.48 billion inflows, while municipal funds gathered $403 million. Hybrid funds also posted $748 million inflow, as compared to $342 million inflow in the week ended June 15.
