Deutsche Bank joins the lineup for the first time since 2006. The two-member team takes second place under the direction of newcomer Kai Korschelt, who is based in London. The analysts cover nine stocks across multiple technology sectors; three of those stocks are telecommunications equipment companies. “The European TE sector has many long-term structural challenges from Chinese competitors, inducing margin and pricing pressure,” says Korschelt. “Having said this, the market is well aware of these challenges, and the biggest opportunity is for investors to exploit anomalies in share prices; that is, when the market is overshooting and discounting — too bearish or too bullish — short- and long-term trends for individual stocks.”
