As an industry veteran, Diana will play a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's $30 billion in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for the Partnership. Winalski will report to Walter Kress, Chief Investment Officer for EY Americas.

Diana joins EY, bringing a distinguished career of strategic leadership, proven success in institutional asset management, and a commitment to maximizing plan participants' retirement security. She most recently served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at International Paper, where she was instrumental in managing $15 billion in retirement plan assets and served as Treasurer of the International Paper Company Foundation. Her extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Xerox Corporation as Director of 401K Investments, and impactful positions at Rocaton Investment Advisors, Wellington Management Company, and Fidelity Investments.

A recognized voice in the institutional investor community, Diana is a frequent speaker at conferences hosted by Pensions & Investments, Institutional Investor, and the Georgetown Center for Retirement Initiative, advocating for innovation in 401K plans. She is an active committee member and former President of Pension Group East, and has contributed her expertise to various advisory councils, including PGIM’s PRREF Advisory Council, Empower Voice of Client Council, Edelman Financial Engines Advisory Council, Institutional Investor CEO Advisory Council, and the Vanguard Client Council.
