 Charles Slotnik, former partner and portfolio manager at Carlson Capital and co-founder of the now-liquidated Brookline Avenue Partners, is back with a new merger arbitrage fund. Slotnik formed Slotnik Capital Management in Dallas in January and launched the Overhill Liquid Arbitrage Fund
