Goldman Sachs’ emerging markets FX trader, Jan Sramek, has stepped down from his role, Financial News reports. Sramek is expected to establish his own investment business.

Sramek, who joined Goldman less than two years ago, previously worked as an intern at the lender. He has also interned at Marshall Wace, AKO Capital, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and UBS.
