The National Conference of State Legislatures Foundation for State Legislatures (NCSL Foundation) has reappointed Michael Behm as vice president of its board of directors. He has been elected for the fifth consecutive term as vice president. As vice president of NCSL, Behm has raised the profile of the foundation and has helped the board boost its fundraising efforts. He is a senior vice president of Stateside Associates, where he directs private sector and federal agency clients on a broad range of state and local issue management requirements.
