HSBC is adding three emerging market exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to its global emerging markets, Money Marketing reports. The new physical ETFs will also cater to Hong Kong and global emerging Europe. The Hong Kong ETF will track the performance of the Hang Seng Index. HSBC’s Russia ETF will track the MSCI Russia Capped Total Return Net index, while the European ETF, launched earlier this month, physically tracks the Russian stock market. The bank is also mulling on introducing an India ETF.
