As per a report released by BlackRock, Canadians invested $86 million in ETFs in July, Ottawa Citizen reports. The ETFs’ assets under management lowered one per cent to $39.2 billion from June as stock market volatility increased. Fixed-income ETFs gained $368 million in assets during the month to $9.89 billion, while commodity-linked ETFs shrank by $106 million to $1.53 billion. Inverse ETFs increased by $143 million to $701 million, while assets in international equity ETFs gained $7 million to $4.3 billion.
