THIRD TEAM

Anthony DiClemente  Barclays Capital

Anthony DiClemente was No. 1 last year in Entertainment. We merged that sector with Publishing & Advertising Agencies, and the Barclays Capital analyst debuts in third place. Described by clients as a “tireless worker” with a “great nose for stocks,” DiClemente told money managers to sell AMC Networks in July, at $39.85, on the grounds that the New York–based cable network was carrying too much debt, didn’t own enough content and was generally overvalued. The stock had slipped 7.2 percent, to $37, by the end of the following month. During the same period the sector dropped 13.2 percent.
