Partners Group has been selected by Swiss investment foundation, Pensimo Management, for a global real estate investments mandate. The new investment program focuses on value-added and opportunistic investment strategies in the private real estate market on a global basis. Until now, Pensimo has focused on core real estate. The program, which is open for other investors, has received about $147.5 million from major Swiss pension funds.
