Complete College America has invested a total of $1 million in 10 states, including Georgia, Watchdog reports. The money was granted to support improvements in higher education graduation rates in the states. The proceeds will also be used to improve remedial education at four schools of Georgia. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has funded the grant by Complete College.
