Goldman Sachs and Citigroup are planning to sell $1.4 billion of bonds tied to commercial property loans, Bloomberg reports. The commercial- mortgage backed securities (CMBS) are linked to 57 mortgages on 111 properties across the U.S. The latest transaction will bring sales of CMBS to around $8 billion in 2011. About $11.5 billion of securities were sold last year.
