Ex-students and supporters of Bridgewater College have launched an endowed fund, Augusta Free Press reports. The new Jopson Track Endowed Fund will support the college’s track and cross country programs.

The newly established vehicle, which has around $25,000, was led by Jeffrey Heppard and Craig Waters. The fund will be used to pay the costs of operating the track and cross country programs, including travel, equipment, coaches’ compensation and uniforms.
