Fund manager BlackRock has cut the fees on its Australian-offered unlisted index funds, Investor Daily reports. The company has slashed these fees to 20 basis points per annum. The lower fees increase the competitiveness of BlackRock’s funds.
Formerly, fees on several BlackRock funds, including Indexed Australian Equity, Indexed International Equity, Indexed Hedged International Equity and Global Bond Index varied from 0.26 percent to 0.35 percent. The reduction has been made in order to offer investors transparent and cost-effective access to various asset markets.
