Swedish city, Gothenburg, has appointed KPA Pension to administer its municipal pension scheme, IPE reports. The agreement, which will initially be for a period of four years, will cover pension payments and the management of a pension hub for defined contribution contracts. The Stockholm-based firm presently manages public-sector pension schemes for around 500 municipalities and county councils. KPA Pension has $13.14 billion in pension fund assets under management.
