HSBC Holdings’ head of Asia Pacific equity research, Chris Georgs, is shifting to London to take on a global role, The Wall Street Journal reports. Georgs will also take on regional duties for equity research in Europe and Central and Eastern EMEA.

David May will succeed Georgs and is moving to Hong Kong to take on his previous role as head of equity research in Asia-Pacific. May formerly served as head of European research at HSBC.
