Wells Fargo has raised $510.4 million in a sale of bonds, The Wall Street Journal reports. The lender has initially planned to raise $356.8 million from the issue of five-year bonds.
The lead manager on the sale was the investment dealer division of Royal Bank of Canada, adds Reuters. The bonds carry a coupon of 3.70%, and are due March 30, 2016.
