Credit Suisse has appointed Christoph Walker as managing director for its trust operation in Guernsey, International Finance Centre reports. He is re-joining the firm from Valiant Private Bank, where he was director of institutional clients, based in Switzerland. Walker left Credit Suisse in 2002 to establish his own retirement planning consultancy company in Switzerland, before moving to Valiant. At Credit Suisse, he has held various senior positions in the private banking unit, including head of the comprehensive financial services department in Zurich.
