Two of the world’s biggest gold bullion ETFs together added net inflows of $3.5 billion in July, Index Universe reports. The $65 billion SPDR Gold Trust, managed by State Street, saw $2.85 billion of net inflows, while BlackRock’s $8 billion iShares Gold Trust added $631.6 million. Only the $85 billion SPDR S&P 500 ETF took in more than the SPDR Gold fund, gaining $3.27 billion in the month. Overall for July, investors added net $13 billion to ETFs.
