In third place for a second straight year is the Deutsche Bank team co-headed by Andrew Chu and Thomas Sykes. The three-member crew, hailed by one money manager for its ability to “see beyond market consensus and company spin,” recommended Premier Farnell in November 2009, at 146.80p, believing that the U.K.-based provider of maintenance and repair services would continue to enjoy improved margins, thanks to its restructuring efforts, and strong growth. The stock had catapulted 95.4 percent, to 286.90p, by the end of December 2010.
