Schroders has appointed Sue Noffke as permanent manager of the £147.3 million Income Growth fund, Financial Times reports. He has taken over the responsibilities from Sonja Laud, who took a leave from the firm for personal reasons.

Laud, who managed the trust since July 2006, will be returning to the group to focus on global portfolios, including the £44.5 million ISF Global Equity Yield fund. Noffke joined Schroders in 1989 on an interim basis.
