The former head of equities and prime services business issues at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) has stepped down, Financial Times reports. John Serocold is joining International Capital Markets Association (ICMA).
In his new role, he will work on secondary market practices related to the European Commission’s review of the markets in financial instruments directive. Previously, Serocold was a staff member of the London Investment Banking Association.
