Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) has appointed Archie Struthers as director of investment solutions, Financial Times reports. He will be in charge of the growth of the firm’s investment solutions division of multi-asset products, started in September.

In his new role, he will work directly under SWIP managing director, Dean Buckley. Most recently, Struthers served as global COO of multi-asset client solutions at BlackRock.
