Fergus Pery has joined Citi as the new global product head of OpenCollateral. He will be responsible for technical sales and product management for OpenCollateral globally.

Based in London, Pery will be report to global head of collateral management services and EMEA head of securities finance Rajen Shah. Pery is joining the firm from JP Morgan Chase.
