A former vice president at State Street Global Advisors will launch a new exchange-traded fund firm to offer QuantShares ETFs, MutualFundWire reports. William DeRoche will be assisted by Kishore Karunakaran, Chuck Martin and Rich Block in his new venture. The proposed funds include the QuantShares U.S. Market Neutral Momentum Factor Fund, the QuantShares U.S. Market Neutral Value Factor Fund, the QuantShares U.S. Market Neutral Beta Factor Fund and the QuantShares U.S. Market Neutral Small Size Factor Fund.
