CDW Escrow, a unit of IT company CDW, has raised $450 million through the sale of senior notes in the 144a private placement market, Reuters reports. The size of the deal was initially planned for $150 million. JP Morgan served as the sole bookrunning manager for the deal. The notes carry a coupon rate of 8.50% and are due to mature April 1, 2019.
