Paul Ginocchio  Deutsche Bank Securities Deutsche Bank Securities’ Paul Ginocchio rises from runner-up to the third team. The San Francisco–based analyst possesses “a great market sense and a feel for how the buy side thinks,” observes one advocate. Ginocchio upgraded Towers Watson & Co. from hold to buy all the way back in December 2008, at $38.50, partly on management’s share-repurchase program. In the 12 months through August 2011, shares of the New York–based employee-benefits manager surged 32.1 percent, from $44.65 to $58.99, and bested the sector by 21.6 percentage points.
