Banco de Chile has raised $450 million through a share sale, NASDAQ reports. The Chilean bank sold a total of 3.39 billion of shares, equivalent to a 3.9% equity stake.

The bank will use the proceeds from the offering to finance investments and to leverage loan growth for the next three years. The lender is controlled by Citigroup and Chilean holding firm LQ Inversiones Financieras.
