Credit Suisse is slashing its India wealth management division staff by about 20%, Reuters reports. Out of about 60 people at the wealth management unit, 12 are leaving the firm.

Head of business unit Puneet Matta has also left the lender. The staff reduction is part of the Swiss bank’s global headcount reduction plans amid tough market conditions.
