Bharti Infratel is planning to raise around $500 million in an initial public offering (IPO), Reuters reports. The mobile phone tower unit of Bharti Airtel is seeking to file for the same by the end of this year. The other financial details of the offering have not been disclosed yet. Standard Chartered and Morgan Stanley are expected to help manage the offering for the Indian company.
