Empresas has raised $400 million in a sale of notes, Reuters reports. The Mexican engineering, procurement and construction company’s senior unsecured notes were sold in the 144a private placement market.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley were the active joint bookrunning managers for the deal. The notes carry a coupon rate of 8.900% and are due to mature on Feb. 4, 2021.
