Moelis & Company has appointed investment banker Kent Savagian, Reuters reports. He will manage the bank’s west coast office. Savagian will be responsible for handling deals involving the industrials and retail and consumer business as well as media and telecom. Previously, he worked at Credit Suisse, where he was partner in the media and telecommunications group and led the Swiss bank’s Los Angeles team.
