JP Morgan has acquired two sub-advisory mandates managed by AllianceBerns, MututalFundWire reports. The firm will replace AllianceBernstein on the $146.1 million MassMutual Select Diversified International Fund and the $572.6 million MassMutual Select Overseas Fund.

JPMorgan has created a team of managing directors, Jeroen Huysinga, Georgina Maxwell and Gerd Woort-Menker for the two portfolios. The new team will replace Henry D’Auria, Sharon Fay, Eric Franco and Kevin Simms of AllianceBernstein.
