Turmoil in the stock market sent Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Holdings down 1.3 percent in January, but that didn’t quell the celebration at the public fund’s first annual investor presentation in New York Wednesday. Shares of Ackman’s public fund, which were listed on Euronext Amsterdam Exchange
