Tracking seven health care stocks — two more than last year, as the group expanded coverage into Chile — the analysts maintain a generally cautious view of the sector, on a lack of pricing power and slowing economic growth. But they have buy ratings on Brazil-based health plan provider Qualicorp, thanks to its strong cash generation, and Mexico’s Genomma Lab Internacional, owing to its “high returns and growth with attractive multiples,” the São Paulo–based leader explains.
